Psychotherapy and Art Therapy for individuals, couples and children.

In-person in Los Angeles & online across California and New York.

About Me

Georgie Landy (LCAT, ATR-BC,), a licensed and board-certified psychotherapist and creative arts therapist with a master’s degree in art therapy from New York University.

Helping people get unstuck.

I help individuals, couples, children and families identify and work through difficult feelings and patterns.

I specialize in supporting those affected by trauma, grief, ADHD, anxiety, self esteem, those dealing with LGBTQIA+ and gender identity issues and neurodivergent learners—which basically means I like to help people untangle big feelings, complex relationships and the everyday chaos of being human.

I treat children, teens, and adults dealing with:

  • Stress & Anger Management

  • Anxiety Disorders & OCD

  • Depression & Self Esteem

  • LGBTQIA+ & Gender Affirming Care

  • Trauma, PTSD, CPTSD

  • Sex & Intimacy Issues

  • Relationship Struggles & Codependency

  • Substance Use & Addiction

  • ADHD, ASD & Behavioral Issues

  • Neurodivergent Individuals

My work incorporates psychotherapy, art therapy and drama therapy for clients who are looking for a more creative, playful and emotionally connected way of communicating. You can expect compassion, humor, relatability, pushback, and a real-world perspective grounded in honest, meaningful conversation.

My Approach

Individualized Therapy

I offer individualized support, geared towards each client’s skillset and strengths. My background and certifications in psychotherapy, art therapy and fine art allow me to bring a broader skillset than a traditional talk therapist, relieving the pressure or anxiety many clients feel about starting therapy.

Trauma Informed

I focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals who have experienced traumatic events, such as abuse, neglect, or disaster.

Joy Infused

I believe in weaving creativity and joy into every session, transforming the healing process into a space where insight feels lighter, growth feels possible, and even the hardest truths can be met with grace, directness and, yes, sometimes even laughter.

Play-Based Therapy

Through imaginative play and storytelling, I help children untangle difficult emotions, allowing them to weave their own narratives to build self-esteem, empowering them to step confidently into the world.
