My approach to individual therapy is client-centered, warm, and thoughtfully attuned. I’m not a “yes person,” and lasting change often comes from compassionate challenge. I bring awareness to unconscious behavioral patterns and offer insight in ways that resonate, even when previous efforts may not have. Clients can expect a balance of compassion, humor, relatability, and honest pushback, always grounded in meaningful, real-world conversation that supports growth and healing. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is central to the work we do together, and the way we navigate our relationship in session often serves as a mirror for how you relate to others in the outside world.
In our work, we harness the power of today’s digital tools alongside real, embodied experiences to enrich and deepen connection and to strengthen the relationships with ourselves and with each other. I approach therapeutic work with directness, humor and creativity and am goal oriented with each of my clients.
